First attempt sans training wheels

Kaylie rode her bike today for the first time without training wheels. Granted that I was hanging on to her but hey, she made it about 2 seconds at least by herself! Milestone!!!! So, the report came back on her haircut and the results look good. She looks good. All her little blonde curls are gone but she looks all grown up.

Grannie said that she cried when she first saw it so straight but the curls will come back when I wash it, I’m pretty sure, I hope so anyway!! Kaylie loved it though. We went to the spa and she got treated like a princess. She watched all the hair fall to the floor and then while I got mine cut she got waited on by two ladies who fed her juice and cookies. Heaven for a four-year-old. Anyway, I’m goin for a walk with my little family so enjoy the nice weather before it snows again!

Grannie is trying to get over the trauma. Both my girls had their first hair cut in Kindergarten. It was hard on me then too, to cut their hair. But they are still gorgeous, as is my granddaughter. I guess I’ll get used to living with it!
    Love Grannie
