I keep finding these things — links, videos, blog posts, things that are awesome — and I want to put them all in one place, because my bookmarks? They are a mess. I figured that, at the same time, I’d share them with you.
~* If you’ve been on Facebook for even five minutes this week, you’ll likely have seen at least one of your friends link to this video. I love it. It explains so well the difference between religion and Jesus. (Although there is a rebuttal here, so maybe I wasn’t listening close enough.)

~* My father-in-law is the lead pastor of the church we attend, and he has been speaking a lot lately about the quartet of the vulnerable — the poor, the widow, the orphan, and the alien/immigrant (I think I got those right). This past week, he wrote this post on the church’s site. It’s worth the read and will definitely make you think about what you are (or aren’t) doing to help those in need.
~* Now, speaking of my father-in-law, he texted me to check out the following video that he found via this guy’s blog. It is disgusting and I should not have watched it before I ate dinner. I was kind to my husband and didn’t show him until after he’d eaten. It’s gross. You should watch it.

~* Sometimes Pinterest is good for something. During my monthly peruse of the site, I found this recipe and made it while two little babies were sleeping yesterday. They are sugar-free (and flour-free) cookies and I love them. They do not taste like typical cookies, but they are healthy enough to be eaten for breakfast and cookies for breakfast is pretty awesome.
~* Noah is addicted to iPhone games and this past week he showed me this one. I don’t play many games, but since this one is free, I figured I’d take it for a run. And now I can’t stop playing it. This morning I beat Noah’s high score and he doesn’t want to talk about it.
Did you see/read/play anything note-worthing this week?
