During a particularly bad valley of depression last summer, I finally went to see my doctor to get a prescription for antidepressants. I HATE being on medication, but I kind of wanted to see how my kids’ lives would turn out, so I swallowed my medication-hating pride and made an appointment. After writing me a prescription, my doctor said to me, “You know, you just have to think of women who are in worse situations than you.”
LADY! IF ONLY IT WAS THAT EASY!
